pike1957;, Recorded and mastered by Pike1957:, Fairly central, about 20 ft from barriers., Church AUdio CA-11C Cardioids ->, Church Audio ST-9000 Preamp ->, Microtrack 2496 (48khz, 24 bit) ->, Adobe Audion 3.0 (VOlume adjustments, eq tweaks) ->, Audacity (track splits, resampling) ->, FLAC (level 8, 44.1khz, 16bit), Contrast clause:, This is a completely different recording from this one shared earlier:, http://www.dimeadozen.org/torrents-details.php?id=313448, Different equipment, different recorder, different location, different sound., I'll up a sample, so you can compare., I though this was the best I've seen Bob for quite a while. Having Charlie back in the, band seems to have revitallised him, and it's great to see Bob playing guitar and, trading licks. Crowd is very lively, but it's great to see (and hear) a young crowd, so obviously enjoing seeing Bob (contrary to many of the reviews)., I'm not sure why, but the sound here was much boomier than it was for Ray Davies, which, came out much better without the tweaking. After tweaking though, this doesn't sound bad, at all. You can hear the crowd singing along on the choruses, but otherwise, not too much, intrusive chatter., Enjoy!
