reconstructed stereo lk, This is a reconstructed STEREO version of the broadcast.It was originally torrented without "Who Killed Davey Moore?" (LB-1071). Here I've spliced it back in from another source and although this insert is MONO (along with a bit of chat on either side of the song) it is perhaps better to have the full tape., It is remarkable that it is STEREO., Artwork included., Original noteds to LB-1071, Original Analog Stereo Tape from FM Broadcast > DAT > CDR > mkwact > SHN, LK Upgrades from lks original FM broadcast stereo recording, and they have better quality than the circulating material, including the commercial "Studs Terkels Wax Museum" boot.; Please note, that there are significant cuts of the interviews as, compared with the commercial boot release "Studs Terkel, s Wax, Museum". These were operated by the radio station, in order to fit, the tape into an one hour broadcast scheme. Due to the same, reason "Who Killed Davey Moore" is left out completely., Comments :, - The sound is great, especially considering the age of the tape...realize, it's from 63!!!, - I received the show as being from the 5th of May but it's more likely to be the 3rd., On the other hand, it's thought that the show was boadcasted on May 5th, 1963 on WFMT Radio., - This copy is missing "Who Killed Davey Moore?" between "John Brown" and "Blowin' In The Wind", but the sound flows nicely, so i would say it's OK., - The copy also came in my hands with the "Stereo Radio Edit" mention.
