Notes from J.J: "the sound on DAT was beneath -20db, there was a level difference between the right and the left channel, one mic with less dynamic."  Not so pleased with the sound so he did a Master copy CD and used his Card Registrer Compact Flash-Professional 2-Channel Mobile Digital Recorder, then work with the equalizer to obtain the right sound that is the sound he heard that night. 
 
Flac Process: DAT > Card Registrer Compact Flash-Professional 2-Channel Mobile Digital Recorder +20db rigth chanel > Harman/Kardon CDR25 CD recorder> Master CD > EAC > Waw Files > Flac Frontend level 8 (align on sectors boundaries) > Flac files.

Right mics pbs removed with mono sound on these couple of seconds using Cool Edit Pro 2.1:
