This is a fresh transfer from an old hissy tape. Various transfers have been bootlegged many times, and this is one more. I hope someone likes it.

Original recording details unknown. A more precise date is often cited, but I believe it's based on flimsy evidence or no evidence at all. This was played for club owners before Dylan's first recording contract, in hopes of getting some gigs for the teenager.

Lineage:  Tape reel > reel > Gina soundcard > EQ and speed adj via Adobe Audition.
