BOB DYLAN - Columbia Studio A, December 6th 1962 (Low Generation Tape Transfer) When I first received "For Sale Or Just On The Shelf" as a vine on Dylantree I noticed that the Dec. 06 1962 Session was running slow and also realised I had a Stereo copy. I re-edited the complete disc and inserted my superior source. Unfortunately the only way I could edit the disc was to copy to Minidisc and then to Pioneer Standalone CD Recorder. I then sent the disc to a contact in the U.S. and he was so pleased with the result he Re-vined the disc *(see LB entry below). I don't know which version of "For Sale Or Just On The Shelf" circulates now but if it is my upgrade then Vol. 1, Disc 2 is from Minidisc source. I believe the Hollow Horn disc was a clone of "For Sale Or Just On The Shelf" so that too could be from this source. This Torrent represents the first time this Session has been Torrented (by me) direct from Tape to Hard Drive fully lossless. On this one, tracks 12-23 come from a stereo tape source. Also, the speed has, been adjusted upward slightly, as the original version may have run a little slow., To my ears, it's an nice improvement. However, i leave it up to each individual listener to make qualitative assessments, as to whether this version is better or worse.; excellent sound 6 December 1962 12 Hero Blues 13 Whatcha Gonna Do? 14 Oxford Town 15 I Shall Be Free 16 I Shall Be Free 17 I Shall Be Free 18 I Shall Be Free 19 I Shall Be Free 20 Hero Blues 21 Hero Blues 22 Hero Blues 23 A Hard Rain's A-Gonna Fall
