From the bottom I strive to understand, in first place, that Dylan is not center stage, with a guitar and a hat, but to my right side, on keyboards, which remains unchanged for most part of the concert. A broken by age and cigarettes voice, but still warm and fascinating, makes me think of Tom Waits (with all due respect to both of them). But from a distance, since the first notes of Queen Jane, when that vaguely nasal sound blunts, I understand that the one up on stage is the same Bob Dylan I like to see on the album cover when I listen to the record, young and careless, while he smokes, and it reminds me of a time I never lived and I miss so much. A mature crowd, I would say high average, around 40. To lower the average a couple of children on the shoulders of sighted parents. To raise it, among others, a De Gregori with a blue plaid jacket, in the parterre, beer (plastic) bottle to listen to his colleague, a little older than him, to whom he owes so much. I was pretty sure he would never have missed this train. At the end, there was really little conviction in my voice when I outlined a "He didn't do 'Blowin 'In The Wind'." No, he did not, who cares?
