Most likely same recording as LB-0381, as the folder in which it came to me had labeled this as [LB-0381 derived] and it seems to have same or similar glitches, but had different tracktimes and lots of additional clipping and digiflaws; discs split 14/6. Flacs received in trade on data DVD. d1t04 didn't decode right; reported the following error when tested:

However it decoded through errors. The resulting track is listenable but has analog drops:

Maybe those were due to mic troubles while recording as they look like mics input malfunction interrupting audio signal, as in several other tracks. No other problems detected on this track but a small drop now repaired:

d1t04 @ [03:39.115-219] dropout, patched.

d1t07-08 drop between tracks, removed.

Left channel drops on d1t09 have also been patched using right channel to fix them:
