BobTalk shows that this is indeed the Columbia, SC date but there doesn't seem to be a .md5 or .ffp or EAC that exactly matches up with an existing LB number.  

In addition, this version is tracked to include a "band intros" track after the tune 'To Ramona,' which none of the five LB numbers (LB-00247, LB-00502, LB-04629, LB-07769, LB-09154) has.  

On the other hand, there does seem to be a precise EAC match on 16 out of the 27 tracks when compared to LB-00247/LB-07769 (ref. EAC matching.jpg).  And it matches 15 of the 27 tracks from LB-04629.  It shows that  LB-00247, LB-04629, & LB-07769 are all likely variations of the same source.  

So this version might be just someone else's attempt at polishing up this source.  In doing so, someone made the decision to split out the "band intros," leading to a total of 28 tracks.  It just never circulated enough to get a LB number. 

While it is true LB-00502 has 28 tracks, the extra track is nothing more than a 4 second lead in to the first tune (My Back Pages).     

Nothing has been released commercially.
