This is a CD given away with a bootleg vinyl I bought some time ago. I was taking inventory of my vinyl collection and when I looked into my existences I found that this record had a digital copy of the same recording, released in CD, attached to the cover, but as I had the album still sealed and had never played it before, I didn't remember it was there. I hadn't paid attention to it until now. It is actually the same transfer of Jack Nissenson recording as the Yellow Dog release, but retracked and levels raised with compression. Apart from that, the CD turned out to be mp3 derived, so there's nothing of real interest here, in the end.
