very good to excellent sound; Both channels had similar amounts of hiss. I found the left channel to be muffled compared to the right channel which was clearer, brighter but harsh. The right channel had higher levels and more in the midrange and above to account for this as well as a more complex wav pattern when viewed in cooledit
