BOOTLEG; basement tapes acetate vinyl jtt;, THIS IS THE FIRST TIME I HAVE CIRCULATED THIS DISC IN ANY FORM., In 1967 "Don't Look Back" had it's UK premiere run at the ICA Cinema in The Mall, London. I was lucky to, be at the first night and before the showing almost an hour of Dylan music was played none of which, I had heard before. I had a friend with contacts at the ICA and asked if he would inquire about the music., A few days later I was given a Vinyl LP in a white envelope and was told a few copies had appeared when the, film was delivered. Turns out to be a copy of the tracks supplied to music publishers of the songs to become, known as The Basement Tapes., This Torrent is a direct copy of the vinyl and although there is considerable surface noise the quality, and generation of the source seems to much better than many that circulate., I have a 1970 Bootleg "Waters of Oblivion" which has the same tracks in a different order and slightly, lesser quality which Dominique Roques describes as first bootleg to be sourced from an acetate., There are no Vinyl Reference marks, SOURCE: Vinyl LP > Technics SL-110/SME 3009 Series 111/Goldring G1010 > Onkyo P-304 Pre Amp >, Soundforge PRO 10b > FLAC Level 6 Align on sector boundaries, No alterations of any kind
