Half of the disc is pirate, and the unreleased material is available on far better releases than this. Not only that, but there seems to be no rhyme or reason to the haphazard montage. The package isn't much better. A meaningless title does nothing more than allow the producer to boldly display his illegal toys on the front cover. The Dylan photos are blurry, aesthetics are weak.
