BOOTLEG: dressed up like a squire; version "e", Quality audience recording and performance. Same recording as LB-4452. This is for those of you who do also collect boots. I had 2 copies of this one, one from my Cd-R's and one more I downloaded from Orphelia at dime on march 2006. I checked both for digiflaws and found my Cd-R's had a few digital glitches not on this, but Orphelia version had a couple drops more not on mine. As indicated on the original text at dime version this one was also missing d1Track No07, "Visions Of Johanna", which had been deleted to accomplish dime rules as it appeared on www.bobdylan.com. What I did was just patch the drops on this one using my own copy, adding also the missing track. So we have now a flawless copy, except for a single clip that is on both (so it must come from the original bootleg or the master itself), plus the leading/trailing silences and fades in/out that were also in the silver discs., I also repaired the drop/cut [fade out/in] between Cd-R's removing the repeated samples, just for users who listen to it on their Hi-Fi equipments through wireless connection to their computers [or in their iPods/iPhones] and don't burn CD-R's anymore. I kept those fixed tracks apart on a separate folder, converted to flac without the sector alignment option. If you are gonna use them instead of the originals [main folder] you should decode the whole set (even the fixed tracks), replace the originals with fixed tracks and convert them back to flac using the align on sector boudaries option, or just repair SBE through Traders Little Helper (TLH), Lineage: Orphelia upload on dime [2006-03-25] + [Cd-R(x)>adobe audition 1.0(syntrillium CDDA accurate extraction)>flac(flac 1.1.1)] > wav (flac 1.2.1b) > wav (adobe audition 1.5) > flac (flac 1.2.1b w/flac frontend 1.7.1 - align on SB option - level 8 - verify on), Fixed tracks encoded through [flac 1.2.1b w/flac frontend 1.7.1 - level 8 - verify on] (sector alignemt was not performed), Enjoy!, Luisbp51 (Hungercity September 30, 2011)
(a bittorrent from 10/11 is a close eac match on d1t1 with same digital flaws plus a few more discontinuities that were not heard; described as "JTT, October 2011" with filenames like "Disc One\Bob Dylan - Dressed Up Like A Squire _Disc01 Track01.flac"; xref-00899)
