tree with roots captainacidremaster, Hi Zimmy gang, i have always loved this version of Basement Tapes, but at the same time it was plagued with problems. Here is what i have done. First i have done the phase correction and it was instantly more clear, focused. Now you can hear the strings of acoustic guitar, and bass guitar is not that muddy as it was., Than i did lots of small edits, getting rid of so many clicks, pops and noises between the songs. Sometimes the silence after the track was too long, so i have deleted it., Another big problem for me were the levels, some tracks were too loud and others too quiet. Sometimes one channel woud be so much louder than the other.
