I've included a scan of one of the covers., It was recorded on a Sony Walkman Pro (D6C), With an ECM-33p mike, on Fuji FR Metal (type IV) cassette., Transferred back on a Nakamichi CR-7A and recorded using Adobe Audition, Enjoy, The Caretaker
