They broadcast some peformances live and also did highlight shows. These are my recordings of the bits that interested me at the time., I mainly wanted to hear The Band which was being broadcast live on the Saturday. Frustratingly, the BBC were dependent upon the feed they receved from the States which cut back and forth between The Band, The Rollins Band and Melissa Etheridge. Even worse, clearly the BBC DJ's did not want to hear or broadcast The Band and talked over or made derogatory comments repeatedly throughout., I have had to omit 2 of The Band songs as Jorma Kaukonen appears on them and is a restricted artist., I recorded the highlights of James and Sheryl Crow from the Friday. Throughout "Leaving Las Vegas" you can hear Johnnie Walker on the phone to London in the background.
